5. Broom-Clean Handover
On the agreed date, we hand over broom-clean – with protocol. After the auction, you will receive the billing.
What does a household clearance cost – and what does the value credit bring?
The price is determined by living area, floor and lift, quantity and type of household goods as well as the disposal share. Unlike pure clearers, we deduct the value of usable items: furniture, porcelain, jewellery, watches, coins, books, tools or collections are recorded and auctioned in our weekly auction.
We estimate the expected proceeds during the inspection and offset them in the offer. After the auction, you will see in the settlement lot by lot what was achieved.

House clearance with utilisation
The entire household is dissolved. Before disposal, we check everything for market value, auction the good pieces and offset the proceeds. Our core offer.
Estate clearance
The same principle applies to a rented apartment, usually with a fixed handover date to the landlord – including a broom-clean handover with a protocol.
