Who benefits from the collaboration

Everywhere that flats are regularly cleared or estates are settled, valuable goods are left behind. We turn this into revenue – and for you, a proof that withstands any scrutiny.

Flat clearers & declutterers

You clear, we auction: Instead of selling furniture, porcelain, jewellery or collections to dealers at a fixed price, let the market determine the price. The proceeds reduce the clearance price for your client – an argument that brings you orders.

Moving and transport companies

During a move, items that do not fit into the new home are left behind. You offer your customer to have them auctioned, take them along on the same tour and deliver them to us – we handle recording, sale, and settlement.

Property managers & landlords

Abandoned or inherited apartments must be rentable again quickly. We clear out completely on request, document the inventory with photos, auction off valuables, and hand over broom-clean – with proof for owners and heirs.

Legal Guardians

When moving into a care home or after the death of a ward, you need a realisation that stands up in court: recording lot by lot, auctioning at market price, crediting to the ward's account, proof of realisation as a PDF.

Estate guardians & administrators

Unknown heirs, communities of heirs, preliminary insolvency check of estates: We secure, record, and transparently utilise the movable estate and pay out to the estate. Each procedure is separate, each figure verifiable.

Social organisations & housing companies

For social stations, care facilities and housing associations with many handovers per year, we offer fixed processes, a contact person and a collective invoice – without your staff having to deal with sales and disposal.

How the collaboration works

One framework agreement, then only a few details per object. A dedicated contact person knows your processes and your customers.

1

Framework Agreement

Brief discussion on volume, types of goods, collection, and billing method. You will then receive your access to the large customer portal and your terms in writing.

2

Register Object

Via the portal or by phone: address, scope, your processing number, billing to you or to the owner. Preliminary assessment via photo if you want to know if something is worthwhile.

3

Collection or delivery

We collect with our own team and vehicles – upon request together with the clearance – or you can deliver to Berlin-Buch. Handover with receipt for each lot.

4

Recording and auctioning

Each piece receives a lot number, photos, and description and is included in the next auction – online and in the hall, with several thousand registered bidders.

5

Billing and proof

After receipt of payment from buyers: credit note per procedure, payment by bank transfer, disposal certificate as PDF/CSV – all accessible in the portal.

Frequently asked questions from partners

Yes. You commission us, and we will act towards your customer only as you wish – in the background as your auction partner or openly with our own billing to the owner. We do not solicit clearance orders from your customers.

You determine this for each object: The credit goes to your company, which offsets the proceeds with the clearance, or directly to the owner, ward, or estate. Both can be tracked separately by procedure via the portal.

There is no basic fee and no costs for catalogue, photos or online presentation. We charge a discount on the achieved hammer price; the amount depends on the volume and is specified in the framework agreement. We discuss collection depending on quantity and distance.

We auction weekly. After collection, the goods are recorded, photographed, and included in the next suitable auction – usually within two to three weeks. The settlement follows after the buyers' payment, and the payout is made via bank transfer.

Items that do not find a buyer at auction will be offered again, returned, or documented and disposed of by us as a certified waste management company (§ 53 KrWG) upon request. We agree on this in advance for each object.

No. The framework agreement applies to all objects; for each clearance or estate, we create a procedure – with your processing number, own billing, and own disposal certificate. You can register new objects with a few details in the portal or by phone.

For each procedure, a disposal certificate with all lots, results, and hammer prices as PDF or CSV, along with the invoice and credit note. Guardians and estate administrators thus receive everything required by accounting and the court.
