Dissolution with Utilisation: One Principle, Four Services

Whether an entire household, a rental flat, the estate of a relative or a business is being dissolved – with us, it always follows the same principle. We inspect for free, quote a fixed price and clear with our own staff. Beforehand, we check what still has value: furniture, porcelain, jewellery, watches, coins, art, tools, machines or stock are auctioned in our auction hall in Berlin-Buch, and the proceeds are credited against your costs. Only what does not find a buyer is disposed of by us as a certified specialist company according to § 53 KrWG separately and documented.

More than 400 clearances a year in Berlin and the surrounding Brandenburg area, weekly auctions and an owner-managed family business without subcontractors – that is the basis. Choose the service below that fits your situation; there you will find the process, cost factors and answers to the most frequent questions. We describe the clearance of individual rooms, cellars or garages on the page Household dissolution; for large quantities of construction debris or bulky waste, you can additionally order a Rent a container.

Utilisation instead of disposal – the difference

Many items in households and commercial properties have a real market value – which is lost with traditional clearance.

Standard clearance
  • ✗ Entsorgungskosten fallen vollständig an
  • ✗ Keine Erlöse aus Gegenständen
  • ✗ Wertgegenstände gehen verloren
  • ✗ Höhere Gesamtkosten
  • ✗ Keine transparente Abrechnung
Utilisation through auction
  • ✓ Wertanrechnung aus Auktionserlösen
  • ✓ Reale Erlöse für Ihre Gegenstände
  • ✓ Oft deutlich geringere Gesamtkosten
  • ✓ Transparente Abrechnung aller Erlöse
  • ✓ Nachhaltiger als reine Entsorgung

A clearer calculates by cubic metres and containers: Everything that leaves the apartment costs money. We calculate differently. As an auction house, we check before the container what finds a buyer in our weekly auction – this is often not only jewellery and antiques, but also branded furniture, porcelain, tools, bicycles, technology, books or a complete stock. These items are photographed, described and offered to a large circle of bidders; the hammer price is settled lot by lot and deducted from your clearance costs.

The result: less waste, a transparent billing and in many cases significantly lower costs – with high-quality household goods or inventory, the clearance can even be cost-neutral or result in a payout. What really finds no buyer, we dispose of as a certified specialist company according to § 53 KrWG (No. LTB000117) separated into bulky waste, electrical appliances, recyclables and hazardous waste – documented through approved disposers.
